This series of QCW laser galvanometer welding machines uses a QCW fiber laser with higher instantaneous energy and single pulse energy based on the laser galvanometer welding machine, thereby further improving the efficiency and quality of solderless welding of thin metal plates. In particular, when the tabs of some electric vehicle lithium battery packs use copper sheets instead of nickel sheets, the high instantaneous energy and adjustable pulse width of the QCW laser make its efficiency far superior to conventional fiber laser galvanometer welding. In addition, the QCW laser galvanometer welding machine can achieve a smaller laser focus spot, and the working distance is relatively farther than that of the platform welding machine. It can adapt to the welding needs of the workpiece in a narrower range and can achieve finer weld marks. Although this model itself does not have many automation functions, it can still be integrated into an automated production line and cooperate with the MES system, PLC and MES system to achieve automated welding.
